General Foreman
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to supervise villa maintenance works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.)
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor performance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Report progress and issues to management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Foreman in villa maintenance (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and finishing works
Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines
Valid UAE residence visa (transferable / I'ara)
Preference will be given to candidates based in Al Ain
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
