Job Description
General Description:
Responsible for managing and supervising on-site operations from project initiation to completion. This includes overseeing workers and subcontractors, ensuring work quality, maintaining timelines, and enforcing safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of workers and subcontractors on site. Ensuring that all work is carried out according to drawings and specifications. Coordinating between engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and submitting them to the project engineer or management. Ensuring quality control of materials and workmanship. Monitoring equipment and material usage for efficiency. Enforcing occupational health and safety regulations. Resolving on-site issues promptly and effectively. Assisting in the handover of project phases as per schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and within a team. Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
