We are seeking an experienced
General Foreman
to lead site activities, manage workforce coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of construction works.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site operations and manpower Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors Ensure work is executed as per drawings, safety standards, and schedule Report progress, issues, and material requirements Maintain discipline, productivity, and site safety practices Support project team in achieving daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience as a Foreman or General Foreman Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of construction methods and site procedures Ability to read drawings and implement instructions Good communication and problem-solving abilities
