Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Foreman

to lead and supervise our team of workers at various project sites. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and meeting project deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of crew members on-site Interpret blueprints, plans, and job orders to determine project requirements Assign tasks to laborers, tradespeople, and equipment operators Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines Train new employees and enforce company policies Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment Report project status, labor hours, and issues to the Project Manager Troubleshoot problems and resolve conflicts on-site Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings

Aware of the plans

Aware With Brickwork, plaster, ceramics, electrical and plumbing work.

Knowledgeable in blacksmithing and carpentry.

Driving License

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification is a plus) Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role in [industry] In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and equipment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions Proficiency in using tools and machinery Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA certification or similar safety training Vocational training or certification in construction management or trade Experience with digital tools and reporting software
