Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions including AR, AP, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle VAT computation, filing, and compliance as per UAE laws.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy in all entries.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for invoice and payment follow-ups.
Prepare reports for management review and assist in budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience in a UAE trading company
(Marine or Industrial background preferred).
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Cloudme, Zoho Book, or similar).
Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
