Job Description
- Reconciliation of party ledgers
- Petty cash book management
- Preparation of schedule to balance for audit purpose
- Bank reconciliation statement
- Consolidation of books of accounts
- Verification of accounts
- Post daily transactions to the accounting software
- Prepare supplier payments
- Timely preparation of account
- Preparation of reports
- Preparing Delivery Invoice for our daily delivery to different customers /clients
- Handling receivable and payables
- Preparing purchase invoice and purchase register
- Preparing sales invoice and sales register
- Handling all bank transactions (Payments & Receipts)
- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
