Job Description

The General Accountant will join a small accounting team and be a key part of our success in handling the significant growth. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual, who is comfortable leading process improvement projects successfully to implementation.
Job responsibilities (not limited to);
Processing payroll, purchase invoice booking and making sales invoices, suppliers' payments, reconciling the sundry debtors and suppliers A/c & Tracking receivables/payments.
Cash flow/bank position monitoring & Cash flow forecasting. Preparing Material Receipt Note for Non Inventory Transaction, Credit Note & Debit Note.
Maintaining Company Loan A/c, Partners, Supplier, Customer & Inventory A/c with Monthly Statement preparation. Inventory Master and Material Consumption Analysis. Tracking bank loans including settlement of principal and interest. Providing reconciled VAT report for return filing.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
At least 3-4 years of experience in the Event Management Industry with market competitive salary. Candidates who are available to join immediately is preferred
Experience in using ERP system
Required Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting.
