General Accountant duties and responsibilities An Accountant role with a leading Cleaning Services company based in Dubai. The role will predominantly be financed based, requiring the right candidate to produce daily / monthly financial reports to senior management as well as the day-to-day accounting and auditing of the company.
The role will also require the candidate to have previous experience in an office management role. Accounting 1. Reconciling the company\xe2\x80\x99s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers 2. Managing income and expenditure accounts 3. Generating the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial reports using income and expenditure data 4. Filing and remitting VAT and other financial obligations 5. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. 6. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending procedures. 7. Work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director to manage petty cash and accounts related works. 8. Preparing vouchers, Quotations Invoice, Purchase Orders, Cheques. 9. Preparing aging reports and follow up with Sales team for payment 10. Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Commerce.
• Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an Accountant and good knowledge in Tally software applications
• Communication Skills, Attention To detail, Analytical Skills, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Strong ethics and reliability, Problem-solving aptitude
