Job Description
- Preparing VAT calculations and submitting returns to FTA within the stipulated time frames.
- Process payroll and disbursement of salaries, including overtime calculations through WPS.
- Overseeing the balance reconciliation of intergroup companies on monthly basis.
- Process supplier payments as per agreed credit terms
- Preparing projected and actual cash flow statements.
- Maintaining Petty Cash, Assets Register; prepare depreciation/ pre payments on monthly basis.
- Verification of financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile the accounts payable and timely preparation of payments for suppliers.
- Invoicing, Reconciliation of Receivables, Debtors Ageing Analysis
- Provision for accrued income & expenses including payment of prepaid expenses.
- Monthly analysis of various accounts as required in financial reports.
- Preparing monthly & yearly MIS reports like Profit & Loss a/c and Balance sheet
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
