Job Requirements Qualification: Bachler Degree in Accounting, finance or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of General Accounting experience in UAE. Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Ability to handle all regular accounting processes/internal verification such as AP, AR & Inventory and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts. ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization. Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly. Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger. Provide support/verification to safe keeping of internal expenses in company. Preparation of Salary Wages, Maintaining Payroll, Employee Loan advance, Leave encasement, Annual Leave settlement and Employee full and final settlement. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices VAT Filling Perform Bank reconciliation monthly Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
