- Preparing and monitoring purchasing orders and bills
- Monitoring account payables and account receivables
- Issuing sales quotations and sales report
- Maintaining stock management register and stock transfers
- Preparing management financial reports such as cash flow and financial statements
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with international accounting financial standards and external auditors
- Ensure proper book-keeping and system accounts are up to date.
- Maintaining other office admin work such as employee\xe2\x80\x99s insurance, tenancy, and product registrations
- Bachelor\'s
- accounting: 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years (in UAE Preferred)
- well versed with Microsoft office
