Job Description
URGENTLY REQUIRED AN ACCOUNTANT FOR A ENGINE OIL LUBRICANTING TRADING COMPANY. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Handle day-to-day accounting processes, posting transactions, Journal Voucher, invoices, petty cash to maintain financial accuracy. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare & submit quarterly VAT returns for Company. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare Bank reconciliation statements. \xef\x82\xb7 Process Payroll & WPS for employees. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the PDC records register. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining company\'s Fleet register. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle annual closing of accounts & stock. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare, track, verify & pay monthly utilities expenses. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare & adjust final statements of company using common ERP software. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle cash/petty cash balance of the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate & Precure company essentials & goods requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle general administrative work of the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist auditors & senior accountants in external/internal audits of the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Managers & seniors. ATTRACTIVE SALARY, VISA PROVIDED BY COMPANY, OTHER BENEFITS AS PER THE UAE LAW. CANDIDATES SHOULD BE young ARAB LANGUAGE IS A PLUS BUT NOT MANDATORY.
