General Accountant

Job Description
Reporting to: Head of Finance Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting Functions including, but not limited to
- P&L, Cash Flow, Balance sheet, A/R and A/P management
- Weekly Forecasting and Month End Close Reporting
- Compliance: VAT, Excise Tax, FTA Registration, ESR
- Contract Management
- Budget/Plan/Rolling Forecast Support
- Process and record all transactions in compliance with financial policies
- Responsible for managing and collecting Accounts receivables
- Perform Bank/ Receivable and Payable Reconciliation
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Perform general ledger functions
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Qualified Accountant
- Software Experience Required: XERO and/or Quickbooks Online.
- Software Experience Preferred: Dear Systems Inventory, Google Docs, Slack
- Company Size Experience: SME to Medium Sized
- Industry Experience Preferred: FMCG & International
