About Us:

Wahat Alshahama Technical Works LLC is a specialized company that focuses on Fit-Out, Joinery, MEP & Interior Works in the United Arab Emirates.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong expertise in using mircrosoft office & tally accounting system.

Preferred candidates on cancelled / visit visa since immediate hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions using tally accounting system.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents.

Payroll:

Must prepare monthly payroll sheets including overtime calculations and process salaries.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments with following up with clients and suppliers.

Quotation & Invoicing:

Preparing quotation and invoices based on instructions from Managers.

VAT & Corporate Tax:

Should be able to do basic VAT & corporate tax computations and filings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Accounting Software:

Proficiency in Tally accounting system.

Accounting Entries:

Proficiency in accounting debit & credit entries.

MS Office:

Proficiency in MS office is a must (Mainly excel and word).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

Salary all inclusive up to AED 3,000. Visa will be provided by the Company. Medical insurance will be provided by the Company. Yearly tickets and annual leaves.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
