Record and verify all financial transactions (receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring proper reconciliation.
Process payroll in coordination with the HR department.
Manage petty cash and ensure accurate documentation for all disbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and follow up on outstanding balances.
Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation.
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
Support the Finance Manager during audits by providing required documents and clarifications.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (preferably in the real estate or construction sector).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication in Arabic(English is a plus).
