Job Description
We are urgently looking for a FEMALE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join our company in the Ajman Free Zone. The ideal candidate must be well experienced, a financial expert with hands-on experience in Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Financial Audits. We are inviting applications for results-driven professionals to join our organization. REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns, regulatory filings, and stock offerings.
- Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough money available to cover upcoming expenses.
- Preparing reports on company performance including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
- Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine accuracy and completeness of data.
- Conducting research to identify new accounting methods or procedures which could improve efficiency or effectiveness of operations.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in time.
- Understanding of taxations, especially UAE relayed tax compliance and regulations including VAT and Corporate Tax.
- To handle all payments, providing receipts, card and cash transactions, and receiving and storing invoices.
- Preparing monthly and annual accounts.
- Corporate document maintenance.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Preparing and posting journals.
- Logging daily entries in accordance with the accounting policy.
- With Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or any related degree
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience in UAE.
- Knowledgeable in basic Computer Skills and Accounting Softwares
- Good English speaking and writing skills is a must.
