Job Title General Accountant
Description
We are looking for a general accountant with experience in UAE real estate industry not less than 2 years, to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Accountant responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and maintaining a general ledger
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Maintain and record fixed assets
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
- Act as a liaison for subcontractors and materials to reconcile any billing discrepancies
- Preparing month-end close procedures
- Analyze financial reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years experience in real estate industry
- Arabic native speaker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you native Arabic speaker
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
