General Manager

who can take charge of operations, lead our team, and help drive the agency toward its next phase of growth.

The Role:

As General Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the agency - leading departments, streamlining processes, nurturing team culture, and ensuring client satisfaction at every level. You'll work closely with the executive team to align business goals, oversee daily operations, and maintain a high-performing and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (Accounts, Creative, Media, Production, etc.) Ensure smooth project execution, quality control, and client satisfaction Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and senior team members Drive internal workflow improvements and implement effective processes Manage agency financials: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability tracking Report directly to the CEO with insights on performance and areas of growth Identify talent gaps, recruit strategically, and foster a positive team culture Work with the sales team to support client onboarding and high-level pitches

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a management role within marketing, media, or a creative agency Proven leadership, operations, and people management experience Strong understanding of agency workflows, client service, and team dynamics Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and business logic Dubai market experience is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus
