Client Consultation & Sales: Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough consultations with clients (primarily Arabic-speaking) to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Identify and recommend suitable outbound destinations, travel packages, and services based on client needs. Provide expert advice on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other relevant travel documentation. Sales & Quotations: Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Effectively promote and sell travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and ancillary services. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and exceptional customer service. Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Cultivate repeat business and referrals. 2. Travel Planning & Booking: Itinerary Creation: Design customized travel itineraries tailored to the specific needs of GCC clients, considering cultural sensitivities and preferences. Book flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and other travel services through various GDS and online platforms. Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings and confirmations. Documentation & Visa Processing: Assist clients with visa applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Provide clients with detailed travel documents, including flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour itineraries. Stay up-to-date on visa regulations and travel advisories for various destinations. Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. Negotiate competitive rates and secure favorable terms for clients. Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met. 3. Operational & Administrative Tasks: GDS Proficiency: Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) for flight and hotel bookings, ticketing, and itinerary management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and booking information. Financial Management: Process payments and issue invoices accurately. Manage refunds and cancellations in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate financial records. Market Research & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current travel trends, destinations, and products relevant to the GCC market. Participate in training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and skills. Monitor competitor activity. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Report any issues or concerns to the team leader. 4. Cultural & Linguistic Requirements: Arabic Fluency: Provide excellent customer service and communication in Arabic (both spoken and written). Understand and cater to the cultural nuances and preferences of GCC clients. English Proficiency: Communicate effectively in English with suppliers, colleagues, and international clients. Accurately translate information and documents between Arabic and English. GCC Market Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the travel preferences and habits of GCC nationals. Be familiar with popular outbound destinations and travel trends within the GCC region. Understand religious travel requirements.
