Job Overview The jobholder is responsible for inbound and outbound material for the day to day processing of dutiable material and non-dutiable into HUB and facilitates the customs clearance paperwork, to ensure all shipments are processed on time. Main Responsibilities Ensure timely customs clearance of materials at DHL (Bah-GTWY). Operates, OCNT and ACA systems. Ensure correct documentation is prepared for clearance and forwarded to Ground Operations in accordance with the procedures. Ensure that on hold shipments are scanned on a daily basis with appropriate exception check points and coordinate with Operation Agents and Customer Service to follow up hold shipment. Prepare paperwork and shipments for clearance into Bahrain by consignees or their brokers. File and maintain shipment and customs documentation in a neat and orderly fashion at all time. Loading cleared materials. Ensures operation areas COY and NCY are cleaned, tidy and all tools are save and in place at the end of each shift. Responsible to open and close all HUs for inbound and outbound shipments on time. Preparing shipments manifest for inbound and outbound. Moving all outbound materials to HUB on time. Following up repair and return shipments Following up the RTO shipments process in daily basis. Make sure operation area audit in daily basis. Operating Forklift in adherence to safety standards.

Education & Experience Qualifications 1-2 years' experience in a Customs and operations related role preferably in Ground Operation Educated to degree standard with excellent analytical, English and numerical skills. Proficient in computers. Knowledge of BAH Customs Rules & Regulation. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal understanding. Strong problem solving capability. Desire to get the job done. Passion to provide excellent Customer Service. Right first time philosophy. Proven analytical skills Team player Committed to delivering quality result and exceeding expectations
