Job Title: Gas Turbine Air Filters (Business Unit Head)

Engineering Section: Gas Turbine Production line

Reporting to: Engineering Head Location: KSA / Riyadh

Purpose: The role involves leading and managing the Gas Turbine Business Unit, ensuring optimal performance in operations, maintenance, and project execution. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, including production plans, efficiency, and quality standards through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Duties & Responsibilities.

1 Oversee production planning, quality control, and delivery execution

2 Manage sales engineers, production supervisors, and assembly teams

3 Ensure compliance with customer-specific technical and quality standards

4 Drive commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence

5 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance

6 Selection of the fit raw materials serving the project's requirements

7 Any additional tasks assigned by management

Minimum Hiring Requirements

Education : Engineering degree

Preferred Experience o Minimum 5 years' experience as a production manager, sales or technical engineer in gas turbine filter manufacturing .

Strong understanding of GT filter specifications, testing protocols, and industry benchmarks o

Proven leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and business unit operations.
