We are hiring a Business Unit Head to oversee operations across all branches in the UAEPositions: Business Unit HeadExperience: Atleast 8 - 12 years in Entertainment sideJob duties: Achieve monthly/annual sales targets across branches Boost revenue via birthday bookings, school trips & eventsEnsure exceptional customer service & improve feedback scores (NPS, Google) Enforce health & safety compliance; conduct regular audits Train and develop teams; foster a strong service-oriented culture Lead new branch launches from planning to execution Manage budgets and drive profitability (Profit & Loss) Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business goals Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand initiativesInterested candidates may share their Cvs at career@kidshq.ae with mentioning the position title in the subject line
