Job Description
We are hiring a
Business Unit Head
to oversee operations across all branches in the UAEPositions:
Business Unit Head
Experience: Atleast 8 - 12 years in Entertainment side
Salary:
13,000 - 15,000 AED
Job Duties:
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets across branches
Boost revenue via birthday bookings, school trips & events
Ensure exceptional customer service & improve feedback scores (NPS, Google)
Enforce health & safety compliance; conduct regular audits
Train and develop teams; foster a strong service-oriented culture
Lead new branch launches from planning to execution
Manage budgets and drive profitability (Profit & Loss)
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business goals
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand initiatives
