Job Description

Garden Supervisor

Staff Supervision & Training

: Lead and direct a team of gardeners, assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, and train new employees.

Garden Maintenance

: Oversee all aspects of garden upkeep, including mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering.

Pest and Disease Control

: Schedule and supervise the application of pesticides, herbicides, and other necessary treatments.

Equipment & Supply Management

: Maintain tools and equipment, and purchase necessary supplies.

Irrigation Systems

: Operate, maintain, and install sprinkler irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.

Quality Control

: Ensure all garden areas are kept clean, clear of debris, and meet the required aesthetic and health standards.

Skills & Qualification Required

Horticultural Knowledge

: A solid understanding of plant care, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.

Supervisory Experience

: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, often with at least 2 years in a gardening or landscaping capacity.

Technical Skills

: Familiarity with tools and equipment, as well as potential knowledge of irrigation systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
