Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily garage ground operations and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently. Coordinate vehicle entry, parking, movement, and dispatch within the garage area. Monitor maintenance and repair activities and ensure work is completed on time. Assign tasks to mechanics, cleaners, and helpers and ensure proper workflow. Ensure all safety rules and garage protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:



Valid UAE Driving License

(Light/Heavy preferred depending on company fleet). Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance workflow and garage safety procedures. Ability to manage ground staff and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu advantage). Basic knowledge of computer usage for recording work updates. Ability to work under pressure and flexible with working hours.
