to oversee the daily operations of our garage. The ideal candidate will manage vehicle maintenance, supervise garage staff, ensure safety compliance, and maintain service records. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on mechanical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day garage operations, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance services.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and parts inventory.
Oversee procurement and inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Diagnose mechanical issues and assist in complex repairs when needed.
Communicate with internal departments or clients regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
Prepare reports on service activities, downtime, and cost of repairs.
Provide training and guidance to garage personnel.
