Garage Supervisor

to lead and manage daily operations efficiently.

We are seeking a

Garage Supervisor

with

experience from 2 years

in the automotive repair and service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the workshop floor, managing technicians, ensuring high-quality service standards, and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise day-to-day garage operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Allocate jobs to technicians based on their skillsets and availability. Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high service standards. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts. Communicate with customers (if required) to explain job scope and service updates. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment. Enforce safety standards and company policies. Report to the Service Manager on daily operations and challenges. Support training and development of workshop staff.

Requirements:



from 2 years of experience

in a similar role (Garage Supervisor or Workshop Foreman). Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and job card systems.

UAE experience

preferred.

Salary & Benefits:



Starting salary: from AED 7,500 per month

(based on experience and qualifications).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
