Garage Supervisor for Clover Racing Garage (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and productivity.
Workshop Operations Management: Oversee daily garage operations, including job scheduling, work distribution, and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of repairs and services while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures for all repair and maintenance work. Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet Clover Racing Garage's high standards and customer expectations.
Customer Service & Communication: Act as a key point of contact for complex technical inquiries and customer concerns. Ensure clear communication between technicians, service advisors, and customers regarding vehicle status, estimated costs, and timelines.
Technical Expertise & Support: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians for complex diagnostics and repairs. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices, especially concerning performance and luxury vehicles.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies within the garage. Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness.
Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor and manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and calibrated.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of garage processes and service offerings.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or management role within a reputable automotive garage or service center
Strong technical background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Strong understanding of workshop safety procedures and best practices.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
