Oversee and manage daily garage operations, ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained, serviced, and repaired efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise garage staff and allocate daily tasks.
Monitor maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and service schedules.
Coordinate with HR/Management for manpower, training, and performance issues.
Control costs and monitor use of tools, materials, and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in the Automotive/Mechanical field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of garage safety standards and preventive maintenance.
Arabic Speaking will be an advantage
