As General Manager of our 2,500 m premium automotive service center in Mussafah, you will hold full P&L accountability while steering the workshop toward sustainable, profitable growth. Your mandate spans setting annual budgets, margins, and KPIs; sharpening our competitive edge through new revenue streams such as fleet contracts, insurer agreements, and extended-warranty packages; and embedding a culture of operational excellence rooted in Lean principles and uncompromising safety. You will champion an outstanding customer experience that translates into five-star reviews and high Net Promoter Scores, all while ensuring total compliance with ESMA, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, and MOIAT 5-Star workshop standards.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, you will orchestrate every stage of the service journey--from reception and diagnostics to quality control and on-time vehicle delivery--maximising bay utilisation and parts-to-labour profitability. You will coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of service advisors, technicians, parts staff, body-shop specialists, and administrators, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to HSE procedures. Close supplier negotiations and disciplined inventory management will keep parts turns healthy and cash flow predictable, while robust reporting through our garage-management software will give ownership real-time insight into labour efficiency, gross profit, warranty claims, and customer-satisfaction metrics. Ultimately, your leadership will turn operational data into decisive action, ensuring the workshop consistently meets or exceeds its financial targets and delivers a best-in-class service experience.
