Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the repair and maintenance team Ensure that work is performed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and quality of work Allocate tasks to technicians and assist with troubleshooting when necessary Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and issues Assist in training and guiding new staff members

Candidate Requirements:

Immediate availability to join the team Previous experience in vehicle repair or garage operations is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication skills and attention to detail Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and safety standards Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
