Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, execution, and delivery of high- rise building projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise
high -rise building
including luxury residential villas, townhouses, apartments, and premium commercial spaces, from conception through successful completion.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for each project.
Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Identify potential risks and proactively resolve technical and logistical challenges.
Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and practices at all project sites.
Review, assess, and approve contractor invoices and payments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree or additional certifications preferred.

G+4 Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum
5 years
of proven experience in high rise building preferably within Dubai or the UAE.
Solid understanding of local construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency advantageous but not mandatory).
