Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients interested in CFD trading, with a specific focus on foreign exchange markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Education: Stay updated on the latest developments in the CFD trading industry, particularly in the foreign exchange market. Educate clients on CFD trading strategies, risk management, and market analysis to enhance their understanding and decision-making. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting CFD trading products, especially those related to currency pairs. Execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients, utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Collaborate with the trading and research teams to offer clients insights into market trends and opportunities. Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular market analysis and research to provide clients with relevant and timely information. Prepare reports and presentations on market trends, economic indicators, and trading opportunities to assist clients in making informed decisions. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions. Educate clients on risk management practices and help them understand the potential risks associated with CFD trading. Collaboration with internal team: Work closely with internal teams, including trading, research, and compliance, to enhance overall client satisfaction and optimize business processes. Provide feedback from clients to assist in the development of new products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on CFD trading. Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and CFD trading instruments. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
