We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and guiding them through the buying process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance with product selection. Understand and explain features, benefits, and warranties of furniture items. Suggest furniture solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Process customer orders, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Stay up-to-date on new furniture collections, trends, and promotions. Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in retail or furniture sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for home furnishings and interior design. Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
