We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong sales skills, and excellent customer service abilities. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture, explaining product features, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their furniture needs. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements. Explain product features, materials, and warranty information. Assist customers with financing options and purchase transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Process sales orders, arrange deliveries, and follow up on customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and product knowledge. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize sales and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous furniture sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. Ability to lift and move furniture pieces as needed.
