Job Description
We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Magic Circle firm in Abu Dhabi that is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Funds team.
Our client is known for its outstanding global reputation, innovative outlook, and unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier legal services. This position is ideal for a motivated lawyer who is keen to work on high-profile, complex matters while advancing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The funds team advises on a broad range of sophisticated matters including fund structuring, formation, regulatory compliance, private equity, venture capital, and related areas.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 PQE +
- Strong academic background
- Trained and/or qualified at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, leading US, or highly ranked international law firm
- Open to relocating candidates from across the globe.
