We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Magic Circle firm in Dubai who are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Funds team.
Our client has an exceptional global reputation, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service. This role would suit someone who wants to work on high-profile, complex cases while progressing their career in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Their funds team handles complex matters across fund structuring, formation, regulatory issues, private equity, venture capital, and more.
The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-7 PQE
• Admitted in England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand
• Excellent academic
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US, or highly ranked law firm.
