We are currently working with a top-tier Magic Circle law firm in Dubai that is seeking a talented Lawyer / Legal Associate to join their market-leading Fund Finance / Private Credit team. This firm is known globally for its excellence, innovation, and high-profile work across the banking and finance sector. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced solicitor / associate looking to develop their career in a dynamic, international environment while working on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the region. The Fund Finance team supports clients across a wide spectrum of banking and finance matters. Their work spans secured and unsecured lending-both bilateral and syndicated-as well as acquisition and leveraged finance, private credit arrangements, and fund finance structures.
The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-6 PQE
• Admitted in England & Wales, Australia or US
• Excellent academic
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or highly ranked law firm.
