A leading international offshore law firm is seeking a talented Funds Associate to join its premier Funds & Corporate practice in Dubai. The firm advises on British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law, working with a diverse range of global corporations, financial institutions, and investment fund managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert advice on investment funds and corporate transactions, while contributing to the development of client relationships and the firm's global resources.
Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and/or funds law, gained in a Commonwealth jurisdiction. Previous Offshore experience is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Strong legal knowledge and practical experience in investment funds, joint ventures, acquisitions, financings, and corporate reorganisations.
• Academic Credentials: Excellent academics paired with top-tier international experience.
• Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to advise clients effectively and collaborate within a team.
• Attributes: Ambitious, driven, and committed to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technically sound legal advice on a broad range of investment fund matters, including hedge, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and cryptocurrency funds.
• Advise on corporate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations.
• Develop and expand client relationships, participating in associate-led business development initiatives.
• Support senior counsel and partners on complex matters.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development through training, conferences, and seminars.
