Job Description

An established international law firm with a market-leading offshore funds practice is seeking to hire a junior associate to join its growing Dubai office. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex cross-border investment funds matters while building a long-term career in a vibrant, cosmopolitan legal hub.
The Dubai team operates as part of a globally integrated network advising many of the world's largest asset managers, private equity houses, and institutional investors on the structuring, formation, and regulation of offshore investment funds.
The role involves exposure to high-value mandates and the chance to work alongside a highly experienced partnership with a strong track record of developing junior talent.
Key Requirements:

• Admission in a recognised common law jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Canada).
• c1-2 years' PQE gained within a top-tier onshore or offshore law firm.
• Demonstrated experience advising on investment funds and related regulatory matters.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills.
• Commercial approach, ability to manage competing priorities, and a clear commitment to relocating to Dubai on a long-term basis.
