A prestigious international law firm is looking to hire a Corporate M&A Associate (0-1.5 PQE) to join its highly regarded team in Dubai. The practice is known for advising on complex, high-profile corporate transactions across the Middle East and internationally, working with major multinational clients and regional investors.
About the Role
As a Corporate M&A Associate (0-1.5 PQE) based in Dubai, you will support partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to headline deals while developing your expertise in one of the region's most dynamic legal markets.
You will be involved in drafting and negotiating key documentation, conducting legal research, supporting on due diligence, and advising on structuring and regulatory issues. The role offers strong training, international exposure, and early responsibility in a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You'll Do

• Assist with drafting and negotiating SPAs, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Support senior team members on cross-border M&A, disposals, and corporate reorganisations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on company law, compliance, and transactional structuring.
• Participate in due diligence exercises, helping to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Engage directly with clients to support timelines, documentation, and project delivery.

Requirements

• 0-1.5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate M&A transactions.
• England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, or US qualified preferred (other common law qualifications also considered).
• Experience at a leading international or top regional law firm.
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills.
• Proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
