Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Event Manager

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events across various industries including corporate, luxury, hospitality, and entertainment.

As the Event Manager, you will take full ownership of event delivery -- from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure flawless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events in line with client objectives and company standards Oversee the full event lifecycle -- including concept creation, logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution Create detailed project plans, timelines, and reports Conduct site visits, supervise setup and breakdown, and manage event staff on-site Monitor event progress and troubleshoot in real time as needed Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards Evaluate event success and suggest improvements for future projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years

of experience in event planning and management, preferably in Dubai or the UAE Strong portfolio of successfully managed events (corporate, luxury, MICE, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Knowledge of the UAE event market, suppliers, venues, and logistics is highly desirable Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed when projects require
