Scope of Work & Core Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Longevity Wellness Hub - Riyadh branch, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments. This role drives operational excellence by managing staff performance, client experience, inventory, and financial alignment, while acting as a key liaison between branch operations and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.
2. Staff Management & Supervision
Lead, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards.
3. Financial Monitoring
Oversee daily sales, cash handling, reporting, and reconciliation.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Manage ordering, stock levels, and supplier coordination to prevent shortages or overstocking.
5. Communication & Leadership Liaison
Serve as the main operational point of contact between the branch and senior management.
6. Client Experience & Service Delivery
Uphold premium service standards and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
7. Cleanliness & Facility Standards
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas.
8. Process & Systems Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and system protocols.
9. Event & Class Logistics
Coordinate and support wellness events, classes, and special activations.

Work Hours & Availability
Full-time role: 6 days per week with flexible shifts
Availability for operational updates and urgent matters during working hours
Occasional evening or weekend support for events and activations
