Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Needed - US Timezones Only We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position, and applicants must be available to work within US timezones. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and respond to client inquiries via email and messenger chat. * Schedule and coordinate appointments or events. * Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to clients. * Research and gather information as needed. * Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Other related tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Responsiveness: applicants who are slow to react will promptly be dismissed. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Experience with customer service or similar roles. * Must be available to work full-time and within US timezones. (or very near US timezones) PROCEDURE: We will start you at 4 hours / week, for 4 to 5 weeks, to train, prepare you (this will be compensated), and see if you are a fit. If all goes well, we'll switch to full time. BUDGET: 650 to 800 USD per month when we switch you to full time.
