Hi, we are Timedoor Coding Academy (https://timedooracademy.com) that provides online/offline programming courses for 5-18 years old students in Asia including Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and more. After successfully growing in Asia with thousands of students, we are now challenged to introduce our curriculum to students in the Middle East and North Africa with Egypt, Cairo as the hub. As we grow fast with many customers excited to send us inquiries on WhatsApp and Facebook, we are looking for Part-Time Customer Service that will work from home in the evening. Responsibility: -Answering customer chat on WA Business and Facebook. -Analyse the customer needs and adjust the marketing/customer experiences. Working from home. Working hour: Sunday-Thursday 17.00-21.00 (4 hours/day) Saturday 15.00-20.00 (5 hours) or Friday 13.00-18.00 (5 hours) Total 25 hours/week Urgently needed, please fill up this form https://bit.ly/cstimedoorcairo up to 20th of August, 2022.
