A Well-known company need Customer Service Representative - CSR Emirati talent to hire UAE Nationals (must have Family Book a.k.a Jinsia / Citizenship). Who could Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the services provided and to handle and resolve complaints. Coordinate with department for document approvals, to attain permits, etc. JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Attend and serve customers by providing product or service information.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer files by recording account information as per the requirements.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint,
• Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Record financials by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• English language is mandatory.

• Candidates Available in Dubai for interviews will be considered.

Requirements:

• Work Experienced in the same field and Freshers can also apply.
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher Secondary will also consider.
• Presentable locals who will be working in al quoz Dubai office
• Five and half working days as Saturday will be half day.
