\xe2\x97\x8f Implement best practices to minimize order errors and improve order accuracy. 2. Inventory Management:
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and monitoring of product shelf life.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to manage inventory replenishment efficiently. 3. Warehouse Operations:
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Streamline warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs. 4. Quality Assurance:

Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in fulfillment management, preferably in a retail and e-commerce environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership and team management skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
