Job Description
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for a) launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries etc) , b) managing the Transportation configurations which will have direct impact on promise and fulfillment. It will also include program managing the migration from legacy systems to the new systems as well as undertaking cost/speed improvement projects. The candidate will need to work with cross functional/country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillment.

Dubai, ARE
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master\'s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
