We are seeking a salesperson with experience in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable sector within the Middle East market, to join its highly experienced international team. Taking the lead in sales of fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables like apples and products such as - chips, juices, and purees. The role will primarily involve you utilizing your existing, extensive customer network to further develop business partnerships with the Middle East\xe2\x80\x99s leading retailers, distributors, airlines, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 to drive the sales of some of UAE\xe2\x80\x99s leading producers of Fruit and Vegetables. This role is destined for an experienced, hungry, dynamic individual looking for their next exciting role. The successful candidate must be well presented, able to think on their feet, and relentless in their pursuit of incremental sales. UAE driving license and UAE experience is a must Immediate joiners will be preferred Fruit and Vegetable Products Industry experience inside UAE is must Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new key accounts in retail, distributor, catering, airlines and hospitality sector in the Middle East.
Build and expand existing GCC business accounts
Achieve retail & food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals for the assigned territories
Provide market leading customer service
Monitor and report on competitive activity
Achieve top-line revenue and strategic product goals for assigned customers
Work closely with the Production and Procurement team to meet the costumer\'s needs along with the required specifications
Conduct regular market surveys to collect product information (competitive Prices \xe2\x80\x93 required specification \xe2\x80\x93 required products)
Maintain a database of customers and making daily entries of activities on the system and follow up needed to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Provide the management and concerned departments by the required sales reports/data
Maintain the relationship with customers and working on adding new ones

Requirements:

Work experience and knowledge of the market at least 3 years, presence of clients at vegetable markets, preferably also among online sellers, e.g. Kibsons.
Knowledge of the market of apples and products such as - chips, juices, purees.
Minimum of 3 years selling experience within the Fruit and Vegetables sector in the Middle East market (and beyond would be an advantage)
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Excellent English spoken, plus Arabic would be a bonus.
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
Computer skills
A valid UAE driver\'s license is a must
Currently living in the UAE
Existing extensive network of customers
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or any related courses
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with agriculture background-sales in the UAE market
Sales experience in handling fresh fruits and vegetables is a must
Fully aware of the types / specifications of the vegetable and fruit products
Has a good client\xe2\x80\x99s database\ elationship (Super Markets \xe2\x80\x93 Restaurants \xe2\x80\x93 Catering companies - Hotels)
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and computer/ presentation skills are required
Open to immediate joiners
