We are looking for a Sales Representative with experience in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable sector within the Middle East market to join our dynamic international team. This role will primarily require you to work with your existing, extensive customer network in the Aweer market and other regional marketplaces to drive sales for one of the leading producers of Fruits and Vegetables in the UAE. This role is destined for an experienced, goal-driven, knowledgeable individual looking for their next exciting role. The successful candidate should be confident, resilient, and able to negotiate the best sales deals. Deep knowledge and understanding of the fresh produce market are critical. The experience of working with the major wholesale perishable market players is essential. Candidates without such experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities include: - Cooperate daily with your existing database of clients in the Aweer market to meet the daily sales target of fresh produce - Establish new business opportunities in other markets by developing the customer database - Ensure that the fresh produce is sold at the best everyday market price - Coordinate sample deliveries for potential new customers - Maintain accurate sales records - Ability to anticipate supply and demand to minimize product loss - Negotiate and develop supply contracts - To be able to work calmly under pressure and deal effectively with complaints or concerns Requirements: - Proven sales experience in the Aweer market of 3+ years - Good English, Hindi, and Urdu speaking skills - A UAE Driving license is a must - Extensive knowledge of fresh produce market and own database of contacts in the Aweer market - Fast learner for seasonality of produce Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
